Shinecrystals.se is a website owned by Shine Crystals Halmstad AB and is a registered company in Sweden with organization number 559315-2928 at the address Laholmsvägen 50, 302 49 Halmstad, Sweden.

All prices listed on Shine Crystal's webshop are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include 25% VAT. Prices do not include any payment and shipping charges, which are listed separately, these must be clearly displayed at checkout before completing a purchase.

When you shop via the internet, the Consumer Purchase and Distance Contracts Act applies. This law protects you as a consumer when you make purchases remotely. Read more at the Swedish Consumer Agency.

To be able to order at shinecrystals.se, you must be 18 years old. According to Swedish law, Shine Crystals does not accept credit purchases for people under 18 years of age.

Shine Crystals complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By approving your purchase on shinecrystals.se, you agree that we save the information you entered in order to be able to contact you regarding your order. Your personal data will not be passed on. You can request that we remove them or change them at any time.

Right of withdrawal & Complaint

Right of withdrawal
As a customer, you have a 14-day right of cancellation that applies from the moment you have received an item that you have ordered. You also have 30 days of open purchase. You must notify us that you have changed your mind at hello@shinecrystals.se with name, address, e-mail address, order number and which goods the return applies to. In order for the item to be returned, it must be in substantially unchanged condition, i.e. unused, whole and clean. You are responsible for return shipping and the products must be sent back within 14 days.

Complaint
If you are going to complain about a product that is defective or damaged, you should always contact us. Send an email to hello@shinecrystals.se and enter your order number, send a picture of the item, write which item you want to advertise and describe what is wrong with the product. When we have received the item back and checked the error, we will replace you with a new item. Should the item be sold out, a refund will be made instead. Refunds are made within 14 days.

If you discover a fault with your item, this must be notified within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Natural cracks, unevenness & changes in color occur naturally in crystals and are not grounds for complaint.

All complaints are handled in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act. The right to complain is valid for three years after you received the product. When buying through a company, the buyer has a 2-year right of complaint according to the Purchase Act.

Jewelry or goods that have been damaged due to careless handling are not accepted as complaints. Like for example. pendants or bracelets that have become discolored or broken due to contact with water, make-up, perfume or sweat.
